Smart Business Lessons We Can Learn From Kim Kardashian West.https://entrepreneurbynature.com

Like her or not, Kim Kardashian is an undisputed force in the business world. She is the ultimate powerhouse and very successful at it. Kim is one of the most followed people on social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter. She has fans all around the globe and a very successful reality show with her family, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which has just concluded its fifteenth season. Kim has had multiple business ventures such as her beauty brands namely, KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance. Let’s face it; this woman is a brand that many people look up top and aspire to be like since she is a brand on her own. So, what business lessons can we learn from her? Let us find out.

Be Authentic.

You need to be true to yourself. The right people will associate with your brand. Kim does not care about what people think but gets up and does her own thing. She makes brave choices while taking risks. By sticking to who she is, she has been able to attract people who are loyal to that and repel those who are not. When it comes to business, the worst thing you could do is to pretend to be something you are not. It will lead you to create standards for yourself that are impossible even to achieve. You will get tired after a while so you should be authentic and believe that the rest will follow.

Do Not Be Afraid Of Evolving.

In the period that Kim Kardashian West has been in the spotlight, which spans over ten years, her brand has evolved. Her reinvention in 2016 that was created during her social media hiatus shook things up. In that period, she has been able to enlarge her brand and even add contouring kits, eye shadow pallets and even crystal fragrances to her collection. These businesses have performed very well and also sold out on many occasions within a short period. Your business will need to grow and evolve. You cannot do the same thing for years and expect the company to perform beyond your expectations. It is okay to shift how you do things to stay current and also relevant in this era.

Partner With Successful People.

If you want to know how to grow your business, you need to associate and also partner with other successful firms or people. You will always learn something that you did not know about before. Kim partnered with Brian Lee to create Shoedazzle. She also made Belle Noel jewelry by partnering with Pascal Mouwad, a billionaire jeweler. Partnering with these people has made her have a long-term business legacy that she will leave behind.

Kim is very hardworking and motivated to achieve her goals. From the points above, we can learn one or two lessons that we can incorporate into our businesses to make them successful, whether big or small. You should, however, note that all her successes did not come overnight, it took a lot of blood and sweat and willingness not to give up.

Entrepreneur Tips From Beyonce

Entrepreneur By Nature

When someone mentions the name Beyonce, the first idea to click on your mind is music. She is a successful musician, and unlike what you may know, she is also a self-made entrepreneur. One outstanding feature about her is that her success is not just a result of her popularity in the music industry. She has an excellent approach to business and has, over time, been able to build an empire for herself. For many people in business, below are some of the entrepreneurial tips from Beyonce, you can learn.

Be Authentic.

Because you want to start up something good for yourself in business, ensure it is unique and outstanding. Create a brand that will make people feel your presence just by mentioning the brand name. Put your stamp on it and do not allow people to benefit under your glory without approval.

Be a Team Player.

Since you cannot do everything alone, create a team of people who share the same vision as you. Build and encourage them to help you execute all your plans. Be hardworking and go through all phases of business with your team rather than just delegating.

Create Interpersonal Relationships With Customers.

Most customers will come to you expecting to have a personal touch of your brand. However, if you rely on outsourcing agencies to communicate on your behalf, your customers will eventually leave. Create a platform to interact with clients on a personal note.

Prepare To Make Painful Decisions.

As an entrepreneur, be ready to make decisions that will affect you personally but mainly focus on the bigger picture. Beyonce fired her dad because she saw it as the best thing for her career. It was a difficult decision but the right thing to do.

In the initial stages of her musical career, she was in a group. She decided to spread her wings, and at the moment, she is soaring high. The above mentioned entrepreneurial tips from Beyonce will help you build a brand for yourself if only you set goals to guide you.

How Beating Cancer Gave Me the Strength to Become an Entrepreneur

A cancer diagnosis is one of the most devastating news that I had to receive. It is very easy to get discouraged and get depressed after receiving news like this. But this is not a death sentence and numerous people like myself beat the odds, to overcome Cancer, and not give up on their dreams.

The thing with Cancer is that it brings your life into perspective, and you can see the things that matter to you and those that do not. This is how I recognized those passions and dreams that I had ignored before, ultimately to become an entrepreneur and start Entreprenury By Nature

Take Action.

One thing that I have learned from surviving cancer is that I had to make a conscious decision to start. Most people, when they get diagnosed and when the condition worsens, they are unable to go to work. This then leads them to a financial rut, with no money for utilities, to pay off their mortgages and loans. It is at this moment that they decide to take action. The thing with Cancer is that it makes you stronger, and you are pushed harder to make your dreams work. The motivation is inevitable, and with passion, you will be able to get rid of the fears at the back of your mind.

Take Risks.

Surviving cancer is one of the greatest achievements that I will ever make in your life. The good thing is that it gave me hope and courage to do other things. I have overcome the fear of dying from the diagnosis, so what else can scare Me?

To be a successful entrepreneur, you need to take risks. Believe in yourself and what you are offering. Cancer is transformational; it will help you deal with your day to day issues and come out stronger in the end.

Seek Advice.

Another essential thing that I had to do was to seek advice from experts and other people that had gone through what I was going through. I spoke with other cancer survivors to see the things that they did to beat cancer.

To become a great entrepreneur you will also need to seek advice from experts and the entreprenurs that have already achieved what you are looking to achieve. Do not go in blindly, as your business may suffer. Find a mentor, you will be surprised they will be more than ready to offer you all the advice that you need.

Remember, you are not alone on this journey; other people are going through what you are undergoing. Don’t be afraid to reach out.

I did not allow my life to a stop due to a cancer diagnosis and neither should you allow any challenge you are facing to stop you from achieving your dreams. You can beat whatever it is you are going through and come out stronger than before!
